Spicy Fish Sandwich Recipe:

You will need:
Step 1: Combine the yogurt, cilantro, cumin powder, salt and set aside.
Step 2: This salad helps cool down the heat from spices used in fish, hence it is completely optional. Mix all the ingredients and add salt just before serving.
Step 3: Cut fish into bite sized chunks. Add to it the Lahori fish spice mix, paprika, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well to coat all the fish pieces.
Step 4: Heat a pan with few drops of olive oil. Cook the fish on medium heat turning often, until the outside is crispy and cooked through. Takes no more than 10mins.
Assemble the sandwich:
Step 5: Toast the bread and layer with greens at the bottom, topped with fish, onions and a drizzle of the yogurt sauce.
