Vegetarian Flatbread recipe:
Time: Under 30 mins / Oven Temperature: 375 (or as per the package instructions)
You will need:
Pilsbury Crescent Dough Sheet - 1 roll.
Crimini Mushrooms - 10 or more, very thinly sliced
Juicy Tomato - 1 chopped
Garlic - 5 cloves (adjust to taste)
Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
Dried or Fresh Basil - 1 tablespoon
Salt - As per taste
Mini Greens or any greens
Step 1: Set oven temperature to 375 fahrenheit or as per dough package instructions.
Step 2: In a small food processor add olive oil, garlic and basil and pulse till the garlic is finely chopped and evenly spreadable.
Step 3: Open up the crescent dough sheet roll and place on a baking sheet pan. Spread the garlic-olive oil-basil mixture. Evenly distribute chopped tomatoes and sliced mushrooms and sprinkle some salt. Bake for 10-13 mins or as per the dough package instructions. Finally spread any greens of your choice on top for some freshness. That’s it!
